Good luck to all our high school swimmers participating in Regions this weekend. Have fun and swim some fast races. We also have the rest of you swimming the snow meet. Remember your warm up and warm down routines. Swim with confidence and swim fast.
"The difference between champ and chump is U"
This is a young girl from a catholic orphanage that I met in the central highlands on Thursday. She found out I worked with kids and wanted to know doing what. When I informed her she wanted to see pictures so I went through the ones on my I pad and on the mako web site. She was thrilled wanted to know if it was cold and why you all wore hats on your head. She was very thankful and spent an hour showing me her home and explaining what they do there. She is now the proud owner of a mako t shirt and water bottle and a Lee G Graham team sweat shirt.
