Okay sorry I missed practice this morning, and no i was not sleeping in! I had scheduled some interviews Saturday, and when plans changed on Thursday night it was to late to change them.
We are turning the corner now and heading into the last few weeks before championships, and really it starts next weekend for our High school swimmers as they will be having their district meets. Good luck to all of you!
