Anyway here are some workouts to do either Friday or Saturday, pick one. Should not take any longer than an hour.

WORKOUT 🏊 warm up 200 free. 4x50 free descend@50/. 200 kick 3x50 descend@ 1:05. 200 IM drill swim/ 12x25@35. Odds stroke 12.5 fast 12.5 smooth evens free fast. Work your breakouts!
Set🏊16x50 odds stroke/free swim
Evens kick 25 fast 25 easy. Rest 15-20
SET🏊750
2x100 free@1:30/ 1x50 kick @ 1:15
2x100 free@ 1:20/1x50 kick @1:15
2x100 free @1:15/ 1x50 kick @1:15
